• The Cobar biohub is in the final stages of planning as of June 2024
• We expect to have the commencement date published by November 2024
• We are planning production commencement by mid 2025

We will be employing as required over that period.

We take training seriously

Some of our processes are unique and sometimes you may be the right person for us but not have all the training or experience.

We expect to be organising and funding training for

• Driver training for the A doubles
• Machinery tickets (excavator, forklift, etc)
• Kiln drying operations
• Apprenticeships in all areas
• Aboriginal employment programs
• OH&S

We will

• have a full time qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager

  • • a full induction to the operations and equipment you will be using
    • a staff manual plus on-line training
  • to give you clarity on our procedures and expectations of you
• provide training - formal, in person or on-line - in your job area as required

As this disturbs some people we should let you know right now.

All our operations, indoors and outdoors -including vehicles and in the field - are smoke and personal mobile phone free.

Lockers are provided for you to place your smokes and mobile phones in when you are at work. You can access them during your breaks no problem.

In emergencies, family/friends can contact you quickly through the office and we also make allowances for on-going life  'issues'

We provide full communications for all our operations so you are never out of touch, even when in the back of whoop whoop!
